Tent saunas are portable, affordable alternatives to permanent saunas that offer similar health benefits such as detoxification, stress relief, and improved circulation. The affordable sauna market is filled with flat pack saunas that have a wall thickness of appx 50mm with cladding typically T&G outside and spruce inside. For indoor saunas, the vendors push the IR saunas since these can run on a 13A socket but for outside an electric or wood fired budget heater is preferred, you would need an electrician though. These kits typically include wood, benches, and, in some cases, heaters for self-assembly. and come in barrel or cube made of thin 50mm walls. Designed by experts to perfectly fit the space, these are made slat by slat on site over a bespoke frame filled with sauna insulation and covered by vapour barrier. The cladding is also premium Thermo grade and the heater has extra stones to produce plentiful steam when you want. Bespoke sauna prices start from £15,000 fully installed.
